- Stocks, Mutual Funds and other investments (Capital Gain and Losses /Schedule D)
- Lottery or gambling winnings/losses (W-2G)
- Alimony paid or received
- Education expenses (1098-T) & student loan interest (1098-E)

- Social Security cards (taxpayer and dependents)
- If using bank products : Identification information -Confirmation of Social Security number (in person only) 2 ID's are required : copy of prior year Tax return, goverment issued social security card, current military ID or 2018 IRS mailling label.
- Taxpayer identification : Drivers License, Passport (US o Foreign), State ID/Tribal ID, Resident Alien ID, Military ID, Matricula Consular Card.
